CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: Studio 415 reserves the right to charge 50% of the scheduled service fee for appointments cancelled with less than a 24 hours notice by phone or email. Late Policy: Please plan on arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This ensures that our stylists will have adequate time to perform the desired service. We reserve the right to reschedule any client that is 15 minutes or more late. No Show Policy: Studio 415 reserves the right to charge 100% of the scheduled service fee for NO SHOW appointments.
